Animation list

·      Materials- plasticine
·      Music/Audio- script form YouTube clip (voiceover) music at the start bloodhound gang- the bad touch (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xat1GVnl8-k)
·      YouTube clip for the voiceover for script (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kp5nUQkgWIc)
·      And the music for the end – (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5-3MSmvKwA)
·      Software – Istopmotion, garage band
·      Hardware – Mac PC, Hue HD Webcam, Colour Printer.
·      Background Images - Kind off a fast food restaurant drive in background behind the intercom, nothing else big for the background everything do close up shots mainly so not that many background just random ones and there isn’t one for the floor.

For the plasticine it’s to make the models you can mould it to look how you want and I chose to use this because it’s a lot easier to create instead of Lego. Where it’s already made for you so you can’t design the characters yourself you have to find Lego models that look like the people you’re recreating in the animation. So that’s why I chose plasticine because can create the characters and put them the size and shape and make them look the way I want them to look.

For the audio and music I chose them two pieces for the start and beginning of the clip so for the title sequence I chose a funny song to tell the audience that the clip is going to be comedic style. So I chose the music video the bad touch song by the bloodhound gang and for the end sequence I chose a nice ending and fight song sort of I took it of yugioh so it is a bit out of the comedic style element that I aimed for but I love the song it’s took out of yugioh. I don’t exactly know who sang it but the YouTube clip called it YU-GI-OH millennium battle (music).
The software is IStop Motion this software is used for these kind of animation (stop- motion animation) and I chose it because it’s on the computer. I am using to create the clip and it’s quite easy to use it’s not that complicated all you need to do is set up the camera place it where you want to frame the models and press a red button on the software and that take a. Frame and every frame you slightly move the models or do something with them and when you play it back it looks like there moving normally for my animation there not going to be moving that much but still I find it simpler to use. And for garage band I have never used this software but my teacher tells me it ‘s quite simple to use so I chose it well because he told me it’s easy to pick up.
The hardware is not that complicate to describe it’s a mac PC in a college classroom but the Hue HD webcam is a bit harder to explain it’s a sort of webcam. But not the usual kind you can adjust it to where you want with good quality and easy movement for the actual camera so I picked it because it’s what the college offers but I have had past experience using that hardware so I am use to using it. And the colour printer is for the background image and I am using it because it’s the one in my college classroom.
Like I said before I am not using that many background image but I have had a think about what ones I am going to use. Which are below and there are only two.

For the background behind the intercom prop and I picked this one because I couldn’t find a good street background for the prop so I chose a Chinese menu to place behind the intercom so it looks like there at a drive threw

Animation

This one is for the behind the car and models I picked this one because there isn’t any cars or anything in front of it so it just look like a wall behind the car.

The title for my animation will be drive thru
Basic outline of the story. Since I took the main story of dude where’s my car and I am only changing some of it you get the main story but the story is basically two dudes go to a Chinese drive in they try and they order but the frive thru machine isn't working so the decide to smash it and run it over.

The genre is comedy and my target audience since it is comedy and got a few bad words in I am going to say 15 to 21 for the age but the audience is young people because it is a comedy and I want to base it at people that will find it funny so I am aiming it at the younger generation.
